“I was referred by my neighbor Ray and Mary that have 2 scooters. I was very happy with the "new to me" pricing and bought my first scooter 1/30/25 for delivery next week. Michael pointed out damage I missed and is repairing it. He was straight up Midwestern ethical to do business with. I'm very happy with the process and attention to detail. With a week after paying cash, I cancelled my scooter because Mike got greedy marking up brakes, tire replacement over our agreed deal. Bait and switch angered me. Ill never go back. Ed Deetz”

— Yvonne Mars“Came in this morning to inquire about a replacement piece for my uncle‘s wheelchair and my uncle and I were very displeased and felt uncomfortable. We asked Shawna how much the backpiece for my uncle‘s wheelchair would cost she said about $40 and half an hour of labor would be $35, that’s how long it would take to replace the backpiece. my uncle who’s disabled had also inquired about some suction cups to get in and out of the bathtub her response was that they didn’t have those because they were liability issue. Shawna then proceeded to measure my uncle‘s wheelchair and was supposed to call a number or look up the price for us. I began to research online just to compare and contrast prices and was talking to my uncle. An older man with glasses looks up at us and asked in a rude manner, “Are you going to order from us or not?”. To which I answered, “ Well depends on the price sir?” Shawna then told us that nobody was answering and we told her that we would just call later. Initially when we got there, there was a lady and some other people there as well outside of the store a handyman doing some work. at one point, Shawna told us that she was very busy and again told us that she wasn’t able to get a hold of the place where they order the parts from. To be very honest, my uncle and I felt unwelcomed there. It also seems as if maybe they need to hire an extra person because they seemed very overwhelmed. Just to be clear we never got a definite answer on the price of the back part of the wheelchair. It was all rough estimates , we will probably never be back.”
